Steve Jobs to deliver keynote address at premier
showcase for NeXT's advanced World Wide Web solutions
REDWOOD CITY, CA-January 10, 1996- NeXT will host WEBMANIA on
Tuesday, January 30 - building on the momentum generated by the
introduction of WebObjects(tm), NeXT's development environment for
building dynamic server-based web applications. Designed to provide
web developers, corporate web masters, independent web consultants
and contractors, and Internet Service Providers with additional
information on NeXT's web products and service offerings, this free
one-day event will take place in San Francisco's Center for the Arts
Theatre in Yerba Buena Gardens.
WEBMANIA will begin with a keynote address by Steven P. Jobs, CEO of
NeXT. Jobs will describe the evolution of websites beyond just
static publishing, demonstrate NeXT's revolutionary WebObjects
products, and announce NeXT's support of emerging web standards.
